Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive CRM Manager to oversee our CRM operations and drive effective campaign management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms (such as GoHighLevel or similar), managing campaigns, nurturing leads, and developing strategies to maximize engagement and conversions. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless processes and deliver measurable results.
Hourly Rate: $8-$12 depending on experience
Weekly Hours: 20-40 hours
Availability: 9 AM to 5 PM EST Working Hours
Weekly Payouts & Payoneer is required for payouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all CRM campaigns, including email and SMS outreach
- Handle technical aspects of CRM setup, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Train team members and customers on CRM best practices and usage
- Collaborate with other departments to align CRM efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of campaign management and lead nurturing
- Technical proficiency in CRM setup, automation, and integrations
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results
- Available to work EST hours and attend meetings as needed
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
