Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to manage our internal digital marketing and content creation efforts. This role will primarily focus on creating and editing content, designing web pages using WordPress and Elementor, and supporting our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and has a good understanding of basic marketing principles and SEO.
You will collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency across our website and social media channels, manage content creation and help develop service packages and pricing strategies. This is an internal-facing role, working solely on our company's marketing needs.
Hourly Rate: $4-$9 depending on experience
Weekly Hours: 20-40 hours
Availability: 9 AM to 5 PM EST Working Hours

Key Responsibilities:
Web Design & Content Management:
Design and update web pages using WordPress and Elementor.
Edit and maintain web content to keep it current and aligned with marketing goals.
Content Creation & Design:
Create simple, effective designs using Canva for social media and website content.
Post content on social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
SEO & Basic Marketing Support:
Assist with implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
Help with content planning and development of service packages and pricing strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand strategy.
Provide input on social media strategies and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Understanding of SEO and general digital marketing.

We are seeking a Client-Focused Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help manage digital marketing tasks on a client-by-client basis. This role will involve closely collaborating with clients to understand their needs and ensuring that all digital marketing projects are completed efficiently by coordinating with and guiding our internal team. The ideal candidate will have experience across various digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress, and social media. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, as you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by assisting and pushing the team to get work done.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project progress and gather feedback.
Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet expectations.
Digital Marketing Coordination:
Guide and assist the team in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, providing input and suggestions based on best practices.
Support SEO efforts by coordinating with the team on website optimization, keyword research, and on-page/off-page strategies.
Oversee the content management on WordPress to ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Encourage and guide the team to manage client social media accounts, ensuring content is scheduled, posted, and monitored for engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and review performance metrics from digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the team provides regular updates.
Prepare client-facing reports that communicate insights and suggest improvements, leveraging data from tools like Google Analytics.
Work with the team to develop action plans based on performance insights and client feedback.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Keep detailed records of client projects, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
Propose ideas and solutions to enhance client campaigns, based on data and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media management).
Familiarity with WordPress for content management.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GoHighLevel for client management, automation, and CRM tasks.
Knowledge of graphic design basics and experience with design tools like Canva.
Prior experience in a client-facing role in a digital marketing setting.
